I am passionate about good food and sharing a home-made meal with friends. For me, food has got to smell, taste and look delicious. These factors result in a full belly and a sense of community. My ‘food-tube videos’ and recipes on this blog are to encourage others to cook seasonal, affordable and simple recipes at home. I am South African, live in Sydney and love the Mediterranean way of life. These influences (and because of the encouragement from my crazy family) have inspired me to spread my vision of what meal times should be about. Let the love begin!
